Sargent Preschool: Toddler Express
Welcome to The Toddler Express. Ms. Nikki and Ms. Bev are the teachers for this classroom. We have children from the ages of one year to 3 years of age. In our room, we believe in the power of play. We work on helping children develop their social and emotional skills through age and developmentally appropriate activities. We love each and every child that comes through our doors. We thank the parents for sharing their children with us. We are very blessed!
Starting March 2010, our classroom was granted slots for Early Head Start. This is a fantastic opportunity for the children and their parents. We are excited to start this new endeavor and are thankful for all those who have made it possible. Bev and Nikki are more than excited to explain any questions you might have about this great program.
About Ms. Bev
My name is Beverlee and I started working here three years ago has a parent and a sub which gratefully turned into a full time position. I am currently working in the toddler room and I enjoy every minute of it. I have a wonderful family. I have been married to my husband for 11 years and he enjoys farming as well as driving a semi. I have two great kids, Dustin who is 8 loves to fish and camping, and Madison who is 6 and loves riding horses and playing with her dog Corky. As a family, we enjoy the outdoors and try to find as many opportunities as we can do be outside. I enjoy my family and my dogs very much. I would like to thank you for letting spend time with your children.
About Ms. Nikki
My name is Nikki and I have been working here for three years. I have a great family who loves to spend time with each other. I have been married for 14 years and have three terrific daughters. Katelyn is 8 and she enjoys ballet and youth bowling. Sheridan is 6 and she loves to jump on the trampoline and play with her dollhouse. Karissa is my baby, and she is 5. She loves playing outside, dressing up and playing with all our pets. My family and I enjoy traveling, which we do as often as possible. We love riding the four wheelers and we also have a jeep wrangler that we love to take up to the mountains and play with. We are both on bowling leagues that we enjoy very much. We truly love spending time with our friends, playing cards, games and watching movies. We live on a farm that grows alfalfa for dairy farms and barley for Coors Brewing Company. My husband was fortunate enough to receive the Coors Grower of the Year award for 2009. I feel very blessed to work in the toddler room and every child that comes in my classroom truly touches my heart.
